DWTS’ Tony, Maks & Val: They can dance, you can’t breathe!

LSY! teen editor Francesca Harvey learned that the first rule of interviewing is NEVER give up your microphone! That's Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars fame holding the microphone, while his brother and fellow DWTS star Val, right, looks on. At left, DWTS' Tony Dovolani checks out Francesca's questions.

My interview with Dancing with the Stars pros Tony Dovolani, Maks Chmerkovskiy, and Val Chmerkovskiy was the funniest and craziest I’ve ever done. Those boys love to tease their guests – that’s for sure! As soon as the camera started to roll inside their New York City studio, Dance With Me, they were all cracking jokes and fooling around. I couldn’t ask a question without smiling. At one point, I could barely breathe from laughing and blushing so much! We can thank Val for that one, as you’ll see in the video below.

The most important rule of an interview is to NEVER give up you microphone, especially with three handsome ballroom dancers in your midst! Nothing good can happen from that!

They loved messing with me, and I enjoyed hanging out with them for an afternoon. It’s an interview I’ll always remember, and I hope you will too!
